QUESTION - Sending out multiple contract offers to personnel

I am a commissioner of a league and multiple teams have openings with their scouting director. GM's bid on multiple scouts. What happens when a scout accepts the offer?

Is it first come first served? If the second offer accepts after the first one took the job already - does the 1st guy get fired for the 2nd guy?

If a contract is accepted after someone already has the position it will fire and replace the incumbent even if they haven't been in office long enough to do anything.

I tested this a version ago and at that time if you have multiple offers out the first to accept gets the job and the others all say 'offer isn't good enough' or something like that no matter what the offer was.

So, at the time I tested', a guy wouldn't get hired then fired immediately if another guy accepted his offer.

May have changed but I doubt it.

I seem to remember an instance where I made an offer to Coach A, who came back a week later with "You need to improve your offer". I did not withdraw the offer, but I did make an offer to Coach B, who accepted it. Coach A then also accepted and Coach B got kicked to the curb. I always withdraw my offers once I hire a coach, now.
