What application can be used to preview this in the data > logos directory? I want to look at some of the historical logos.

In Windows 10, I find that the default image viewer opens and views these files.

You're right. The file name didn't show any associated application when I clicked on it, but if I selected just Windows Paint it opened fine. I thought I might need a special graphics program or something.

It is my understanding that they are renamed .png files and can be converted to png files by changing the extension when renaming
