Team Doing Well, Players Happy, But Team Chemistry Unhappy
Curious if this is an anomaly, or common, and if it even matters (screen shot below). But my team chemistry overview is "unhappy" even though all my players are okay or happy.
My team started out struggling, but managed to pull it together and make it into the top 6 of 8 teams for the second half or round-robin season (playing each of other 7 teams four times). We've battled into third place & prospects are playing well with older players (oldest is 30).
I had until recently two very disgruntled/angry players who were prospects contracted with my parent team (who are sucking eggs). I didn't dress them often because they often seemed to underproduce or take penalties late in games that would put pressure on team. After three games in a row, they disappeared, with one being sent to the parent team's U-20 & the other to their U-18. We've been on 5-game win streak, eking out some one and two goal games, but no change in team chemistry. What gives? It just doesn't make logical sense, or am I missing something? Thanks.
