Advanced stats

The tooltip explanation for the advanced stats isn't totally clear to me. For example, for "Corsi on" it says "the average number of shot attempts the team gets, relative to its opponents, per 60 minutes with this player on the ice."
This definition combines Corsi% (the percent of shot attempts a team takes relative to the opponent) and Corsi for (or against)/60 (the number of shot attempts a team takes per 60 minutes).
So, my question is, which one is it? If I have a player with a "Corsi on" of 68, does this mean the player has a CF (corsi for) % of 68%? Or the team has 68 CF/60 with this player on the ice? Corsi isn't measured as a percentage relative to your opponent AND per 60 minutes. It's either measured as a percentage OR for/against per 60.
