Hook settings for SP and RP?

I'm trying to find a good balance. It seems either my starters are going only 80 pitches, or 150. What do you set that and Pitcher Stamina at? Also, do you change the Starting Pitcher or RP Stamina modifier, or leave it at default 1.000. I want realistic modern day stats
