I'm trying to hire a scout. When I go to the MBL/Personnel/scout and click on one when I go to offer him a job I have every option except scout? What am I doing wrong?

No problem. I have seen people ask that before, and I don't know much about this game by any means (Hence why I am reading all the newbie questions). I am glad you got it figured it out!
