Problem Downloading Final Patch... Need Help

I would like to download the final patch for OOTP21.

Nothing happens when I click on "PC Installer".

Would appreciate specific instructions on how to download it.

Sorry, I am computer challenged and need help.

Markus says that some are having trouble downloading this final patch.
He says to right click and use the "Copy Link Address".

Not sure I understand how to do this.

Or should I use the "PC Single Folder Installer"?

Would appreciate your help.

Since I didn't get anyone to answer, I just started clicking on things to see what would happen... someway it downloaded the exe file even though several times it didn't seem like it was processing.

I found the exe file in the downloads and installed it.

So far it looks fine... hope it is installed properly.
