Online league AI trading

So just got our league moved over to OOTP 21 this weekend. Noticed that they added a new feature that allows trading with the AI in an online league. Has anyone really messed around with this at all? As a league with 8 human and 12 AI it will really open up the league, but I also don't want it to turn into tradeville. I also don't want any files being wonky, does the AI choosing offers and such automatically update so there's no risk? Basically any info on this would be badass, as it's not something I can really test. If it makes no work for the commish, that's swell.

Also how does it work with the timing of things. We sim a week at a time, does it do trades immediately or at the end of a sim or just whenever?

You're probably better served posting this in the Online Forum.

Yeah, the AI can handle it all. Humans submit their offers to the AI, who will evaluate all the offers they get on the same day. As commish you see all the AI offers and can explicitly delete or force them as you would human deals, but if not, the AI will always evaluate the best deals first if 2 humans are trying to trade for the same players.

So, it should all work by players on the exports, with no extra work by the commish if you don't want.

Sweet, thanks for the info. Now a quick quesiton on AI evaluation of players. Is the current ratings and stats evaluation in trading for this? Would making it value ratings more make trading more difficult? Also does the stats evaluation take into account minor league stats?

Example, if I swapped the default AI eval of ratings and current stats, and the its set to highly value prospects.....

Would a highly sought prospect who is having a bad year in stats become more valuable because the AI is looking at his ratings or would he become less valuable because of his minor league stats. Mainly does the stats work on every level or just major league?

I'm trying to make it as hard as possible on our human owners for AI trades lol.

Set trading difficulty to very hard if you want to make it very hard for humans as the best choice

As for the rest, you'll get varying results on the settings. All the stuff comes into it, and I can't really say one way or the other which way is "harder" for trading.
