On a Mac? If so, hold down the Option key and pull down the Go Menu to reveal your Library folder. Open the Containers folder inside that. Then open the folder com.ootpdevelopments.ootp21.macqlm. Then open Data. Then open Library. Then Open Application Support. Then Open Out of the Park Developments. You'll see a folder called OOTP Baseball 21. Drag this folder onto the right end of your dock (not the trash!) so that in the future you don't need to spend 20 minutes remembering where it is.
Open that folder. Inside is where all your mods go—uniforms, sounds, ballparks, and so on. You'll see a folder called ballcaps, and a folder called jerseys. Drop your files inside there, and if they're correctly named, they'll be available next time you open the game. If you're uncertain about proper naming, just look at the files that are already there. If you're on a windows or linux machine, sorry...not my area of expertise.

There's an easier way that works on any system.
In the main menu if you go to Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Open folder containing customizable data it will show you the "data" folder |
