Manager Game Strategy
I'm hiring a new manager in my sim and, in doing so, realized I've never hired a manger whose lineup and pitching staff strategy is "retains some control" (with the yellow button). I've only ever hired managers who retains or allows full control.
What exactly can a human GM still control with lineups/pitching staffs when they have a CPU manager who "retains some control" over that strategy?

Yeah thanks, I'm up to speed on all of that.
My question is specifically with setting lineups/pitching staff when they color is yellow for "retaining some control" for that category before hiring a guy. I went ahead and hired the guy and I, as GM, am able to fully control the lineups and staff, just as I am when a manger allows me to retain full control over lineup/staff (the green light)
