Can't download Hotfix Patch 21.6.82

I have been trying to download the hotfix 21.6.82 but the fastspring link does not download the patch. I have use 3 different browsers (Edge, Chrome & Firefox) and all 3 gave me the same results nothing getting downloaded.

It works fine here.

There may be an issue with the CDN in your area. If you have a VPN, you could try connecting through a different country/region and see if that helps.

I haven't had any problem downloading updates or patches before. I'm not on a VPN.

Probably just a matter of waiting then until whatever issue there may be with the CDN clears up.

Links are fine, I've tested them multiple times. Honest! Like I mentioned above, very likely an issue with the CDN hosting the file in a given area(s) which is totally beyond our control to do anything about.

Just give it some time and I'm sure it'll get sorted out.

I can see the same on some of the links. I can't quite explain what it might be, but if you copy the link directly and paste it in your browser address bar, it starts downloading for me. It might be worth a try for anyone having trouble just clicking the link.

*edit to clarify: on windows/chrome, if you right click the link, hit "copy link address", and then paste that in a new tab, it should start the download. At least, it did for me.

Can confirm this workaround has me DL'ing right now. I'm am PC/Windows/Chrome fwiw.

For me on Chrome the link would not open on a new tab by just clicking on it as it normally does. It would only open the new tab and close it immediately. To get it to work I had to "right click" and select "open in new tab" and it instantly opened the d'load box.

yep - and considering I have done this 100s of times without issue and not changed anything on my desktop and others are having same problem I am 99.9999% sure this is something on the hosting end - this workaround does work though. just posting so others may see and know how to fix

Same here. The workaround does the trick, but I have never experienced this before and have downloaded countless patches over the years.

I usually auto-log-in with Chrome. that still didn't work. I switched to Firefox and did not log-in.

That worked great. So my suggestion to anyone still having issues is to not log-in and give the download a try.
