Cannot change a players team

Hello, I am unable to change a players team via the edit tab on their player profile. It appears grayed out and not clickable.

This is occurring in my historical online league where I have created a separate coach+gm for each team allowing me to have full control of the league.

Please let me know how to do this or if an editable spreadsheet exists within the games files that might be easier, as I plan on making a lot of these manual overrides changing teams. Thank you

Are you on the commissioner account when you're attempting to make the edit? The non-commissioner GM's won't be able to edit.

Any trick to editing players on a non-commissioner minor league team? As it appears I only have access to my commissioner team minor roster.
