TheBrewCrew Minors (Double A) Join Date: May 2018 Posts: 123	Draft Budget Question Started a Expansion save for Portland. I have $12 million for FA and $6 million cash. I have maxed out scouting budget and player development. My initial draft budget was around $34 million but I lowered it to max out the others. Now it currently maxes out at $18 million. I never thought there was a cap on it before. Whenever I did previous expansion saves I always thought I was around $30 million or so. Is $18m fine?
