Live Collection - Mariners: Card Listed Twice

I noticed today that a card in the Mariners' Live collection list is shown twice. It doesn't count the card twice, as you can see by the count in the first screenshot below. Also, when you click the duplicate card to look for it in the AH, it shows that you already own it (second screenshot).

More on this, I just opened some packs, and I have two different live Tuivailalas. Their card IDs are 17924 and 16661. The latter has his photo on the card properly, but the former does not, and just has a blank silhouette with my team logo on it. They are otherwise identical.
