Issue with Schedule not matching league Structure
So I am using a schedule with this in the "type" field
<SCHEDULE type="ILN_BGY_G112_SL1D1T12D2T12_C_" inter_league="0" balanced_games="1" games_per_team="112" start_day_of_week="6" > That is a schedule for a one subleague, 2 division, 12 teams per division league correct? Every time I try to upload it, I am getting a "does not match league structure" error. I have checked the league structure a million times and it is indeed 24 teams split into 2 divisions, am I missing something? I have used tons of schedules and have never ran into this. I just recently created this league and messed with the structure a bit, could that be the cause? Would love some help! The schedule will be attached. - as I recall, there is a major difference in schedule "type" between schedules that are labeled balanced and those that are not. I don't have a test league open or anything, but I think you might be able to get away with something like ILN_BGY_G112_T24.
- there's actually a pretty easy trick to debug schedule types - if you hit Generate Fictional Schedule and open the file that's generated, it'll have the structure that your league should be set up for. |
