How can I use/import a MLB stadium into a custom league?

I started a new custom league with some friends where we all use/share the same savegame folder, without anything MLB related, but I would like to use/import Globe Life Field from the Texas Rangers as one of the parks. When I go into Park Editor, and click the dropdown to select a park, it only has my randomly created parks there, and offers no choice to add a MLB park. Is there an easy way to be able to choose Globe Life Field and be able to add it to my savegame folder, so I can zip up the save game file and send it to my friends and they can use Globe Life Field as well?

I tried copying over my ballparks folder from my Steam isntall to my save game folder into the main folder there, that didnt work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Check out the Mods page for directions.

You need to place your .prk file in one place and the graphical bits in another.

I am not sure if this would work for you, but I *think* that you should be able to do the following:
* go to the Rangers "Team Home Page" --> "Settings" --> and click "Edit Ball Park"

* Select the "3D Model" tab, and click "Load 3D Model..."

This should bring up a dialog box with the current directory looking something like ".../data/ballparks/models/(SOMEDIR)"

* click "Up", then click "globe_life_field", then click "globe_life_field.pod" and click "Load".

Again, I didn't try this myself (I have my "active" savegame currently loaded and don't want to break anything

). If this doesn't work, hopefully it will at least get you going down the right path.
