Automatic Expansion and other questions

I have a historical league I started beginning in 1984. I have "allow automatic expansion" or whatever it is called, enabled. I have a few questions about how the league will progress if everything else is defaulted to not use historical transactions or anything else static.

1. Will expansion happen as expected with the Marlins/Rockies in 1993 or could like Oklahoma City get an MLB team in 1989 randomly?

2. Will the divisional realignment occur as it did in 1994 with the adding of the 3rd division(s) or can this also occur randomly in any given year?

3. Will the Wild Card format get added in 94/95 as it did IRL or will the game potentially not use this format?

I assume since I have a historical league going, it will follow the path as MLB did IRL for league settings/expansion but wanted to make sure I didn't have to enable anything specific. I do kind of want to go through the process of protecting players in an expansion draft (or maybe take one of those expansion team jobs for fun)

Ty.

If you change anything to be creative related to these, it will change it back in the offseason to match what happened that year. Well.. except for split season format... I think you can keep that but it has been a while.
