trading ai preferences

So you can set to neutral, favor prospects, veterans...
Does that set the AI the same for every team?
Can you then go in an manually change for teams (i guess you need commish mode)
It seems odd that every team would be act the same way.

No, it tips the scale in its favor but each GM have their own preferences.
