jerseys disappearing and random players appearing.

Hello. I have had the same save file for a fictional league since OOTP15 and transferred it to OOTP18 a few years back. I have over 1,500 of the save file just in OOTP18 and have had no problems until a few months ago where randomly every couple in-game months some of my teams jerseys will just disappear and will be replaced with basic generated ones. I just expanded and one of my expansion teams had the same thing happen just a month after creation and even their logo changed which is strange. I have I believe the 500 name/logo database on this version and have been using it well before I even started this save file.

My second problem started as a human error. I wanted to grow baseball in africa/europe so I tried making a feeder league but it didn't work well so I deleted it and tried to create it as a separate league completely (while doing this I also noted I couldn't go into the league creation wizard but thats not my main concern). However it got created at a higher reputation and since it was supposed to be for development I decided it was useless. But I knew if I deleted the league then the players would just spill into free agency and the market and file would be ruined so I manually deleted every player on every team of the africa/europe development league. (except 2 I decided to keep for fun). However, once I fully deleted the league I noticed in my other league a ton of super skilled players were in the free agency. Thus I, again, manually deleted all of the good ones (I kept some mediocre ones due to being too many to search for and delete). I figured it was over, I was annoyed but was fine to keep it as is. I then noticed the expansion team glitch as mentioned above. So I fixed it and decided to save and close the game then reopen it curious to see if the expansion team would stay fixed or not. However, once I opened it I was shocked to see that a ton more players from the same specified africa/europe countries appeared in free agency however I recognized some of the names from the ones I left behind but the game was registering them as having better potential/overall despite when I would check them in commissioner mode they had rather sub-par stats. I don't want to have to check all of them, so I'm fine with keeping them. But I do not want to have this keep happening every single time I load into the game.

Im not sure why these things are happening now. I've tried making other leagues within the save file and never had these problems. I'm trying to manually create the "all-time" teams of my save file into MLB the Show and I obviously want to continue this save file as long as I can so I really would rather not lose the entire thing or start anew.

For side note. I do have the game running nearly 24/7 unless I doing school, then I tend to close out of the game.

Another minor glitch I had but have had since changing the version of the games. Despite still having all the players stats in the history of the save file. When I go into sortable HOF stats I can't view any batting or pitching stats outside of stuff like HOF Monitor and JAWS. While I've found my own ways to get past it, its not very good and I would rather just search it through either sortable HOF stats page or the player search page (same problem resides in that but figured it was due to the mass amount of players in the save file as I don't delete any unless they don't make the majors)
