As discussed on this week's episode of This Week in Perfect Team, we will be rolling out sign-ups for the Summer series of the PTCS Monday, July 26th at 12pm ET

There are 3 disciplines for the Summer Series: Silver, Gold 1750 Cap, Open

The sign-ups will be done on an external site, the links will be posted in this thread at the sign-up time.

Registrations are first come, first serve and are limited to 256 teams per event.

Just a quick update on the PTCS: Silver is full, there is limited space available in Gold and some space left in Open as well

Just a quick update on the PTCS: We want to thank everyone for registering for the Summer Series. Unfortunately, we had 60+ users who did not follow the direction of only signing up for 1 event with a username. We also had 20+ users who did not provide the correct information requested (we cannot register you in a tournament if you leave the username field blank!)

Therefore, we are re-opening registration for all 3 events in order to get them filled. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU ARE REGISTERED IN AN EVENT, YOU CANNOT USE THE SAME USERNAME IN ANOTHER, 1 USERNAME = 1 ENTRY

If you registered for more than 1 event, we used the timestamps for the entries and placed you in whatever tournament event you signed up for first. These entries are locked and will not be changed

What does this mean for the PTCS? Our first qualifier has been rescheduled from August 8th until August 15th with a 10am ET start. We did not want to reschedule but as this is our first event, we want to ensure its done correctly to protect the integrity of the championship series.

Qualifier 2 will proceed as scheduled on August 22nd and the final will be held on September 12th.

How can we find out the email that was associated with our account?

As one of the 60+ who didn't follow the rules, I would say in our defense that the way the rule was worded was ambiguous-I read it with an implied "single" before "Tournament tier". I.e., I thought I couldn't put two of my teams in a single Tournament, but I could put a single team in multiple Tournaments.

As long as you have a valid email address its fine, doesnt have to be the email associated with the account

If all goes well, we will have the tournament available 48-hour before the event starts, so on Thursday morning Eastern time

Good morning folks, the 1st qualifier tournaments for the PTCS should be created this morning. You do not need to do anything to join, we will be creating the tournaments on our end and adding the teams. If you would like to know which tournament you are in, you can consult this spreadsheet. Simply CTRL+F and search for your username (you can click Options and check Workbook to search through all 6 tabs at once). Once the tournament is created, you are free to start working on your roster ahead of the 10am ET Saturday start time. Good luck to all who are entered!

You've probably answered this a dozen times already, but will this eat one of our tournament slots? Do I need to keep one free for you to use?

No, we have filled empty spots with starter pack level ghost teams (more stable than trying to configure byes). These will be matched up randomly

One more dumb question. I put a player on my roster and then was going to sell him. I changed my mind and went to put him back in the line up and it says I can not do so for 14 simulated days. Is that the case for this specific tournament?
