Incorporate Stats into Scouting Report

Do we have a consensus on this feature? If it works well, I'd love to be using. So far I have not seen anything wonky...but then again, that's just me.

I didn't like it... like Matt had said, some of the reports seemed off to me. I don't think it's a bad thing to use though if you like the results, I liked some of the reports and some seemed strange with the ratings.

Please post more thoughts though for those that use it... I might switch it back in the future.

I like the fact it makes scouting reports more realistic for vetran players.

I haven’t turned it off since turning it on. It added an extra layer of fog to an otherwise thin layer of fogginess the game originally had.

I was using 25/25/25/25 for AI evaluation with this...but have since switched to 30/40/20/10 since turning this feature on. I think it works a bit better.

I'm going to turn this back on when the next season starts so I can evaluate it some more.
