Players not showing up as free agents

Trying to build a league from scratch and cleared all rosters and deleted all teams. After creating the teams I wanted, I noticed that in a one-round inaugural draft, there were more than 16,000 players in the draft pool.

Now, after the fact, there are less than 9,000 players showing up in free agency. I've been able to figure out a few of the missing players and when I search for them, it shows up as "No Team"

I have double checked and there are no free agency filters set.

Any ideas how to get the rest of the players to show up?

Only workaround I've found is to assign them to a team and then assign them as FA. For some reason they don't show up otherwise.

Any idea if there's somewhere else where you can see a full list of players besides the free agency pool?

I created new leagues too so when I go to "List all ___ players" they don't show up there either.
