Best Values 69 and Lower?

Any suggestions of player cards of Bronze (69) or lower with really nice value, preferably less than 300PP?

I've been researching individual player cards with high skills at a cheap cost, rather than spending what little PP I earn on player packs. And I've managed to build a 1st place team on mostly Bronze player without spending more than 150PP... then again, its in a Rookie league, lol

I would suggest entering some bronze and iron (no cap) tournaments and looking at the rosters of the winning teams.
