Pitcher Rotation Problem

Can someone explain why my starting pitchers are not being used equally? I notice a couple of starters are being used in 2 games in a row constantly. Namely Gerrit Cole and Chris Sale. This also seems to upset the rotation order. I'm just confused as to why this is happening.

As you can see in the screenshot, I have the rotation set to strict order. I don't allow openers in my strategy settings and Starters are not allowed in relief

Any ideas? Or is this truly a bug.

Check to see if you have the 7 day rosters turned on. That can affect your rotation.

That might have been the problem, thanks!

Although I have no idea how the 7 day lineups got turned on, unless it's on by default....
