Error code 201

Anyone know how to fix the error code 201 where I can't DL a new league file or export? I have searched all over and had guys from my league try to help with no luck. I created a file called "settings" and stuck it in my league file then added the accountsdata_gms file in that, which everyone seems to agree was step 1, but now we are stuck. I saw other threads about this with no answers ever provided. Anyone?

Try changing your Online FTP settings to active or passive and try it.
