is it possible to change the click mapping on the keyboard?

wondering if it's possible to change controls on the keyboard and mouse? Specifically hoping to replace the mouseclick with a computer key, and also replace the "1" with something on the right side of the keyboard.

Do you have a gaming mouse? I have Razer Naga and it has programmable buttons in the Razer software.
