A Substitution bug

I just had my batter and the opponent's pitcher ejected after a bench clearing brawl (in game 5 of the 1st round of the playoffs.) After I picked my replacement and the computer picked their pitcher replacement, I discovered that my opponent's replacement pitcher was now the baserunner for my team and my speedy replacement was not! Also of note, he did pitch to the next batter even while his apparent clone stood on base ready to run.

Fixed in the patch per Markus!

Well, this occurred after the patch was installed, but with an old league that was started several weeks ago. I just played this game and it happened in the third game I played after downloading and installing the patch and my version says 5.10 in the upper left hand corner.
