Froze with opening special packs

My computer got hung up while opening packs, I had won3 from finishing a mission. Opened 2, but couldn't open 3rd, so had to restart everything. No idea where the 3rd pack went, if it opened while hung or what, is there a way to see who you got in the packs and/or where would a pack be. I have way too many players, sort of like collecting baseball cards to me, so trying to determine new is almost a mission impossible

I just had a similar problem. I was opening a pack and the program crashed. Is there a way to know if I actually received the cards from the pack or did I just lose it? This happened once before and I don't know what happened to that pack either. Thanks in advance for your help!
