Player ratings not showing up

Player ratings are not showing when i click on player in auction house not sure what happened also when i buy pack of cards pack doesnt rip open and cards are just hidden behind pak..not sure if i messed something up or is anything else going on

On the gear icon on the sidebar (Perfect Team Settings), There is a dropdown for Player Ratings Scale. Make sure it's not set to 'None Displayed'

Also check your pack opening settings there. I have skip opening animation checked which solved an issue I was having similar to what you describe.
