OOTP5 Manual
I downloaded it after reading the read me file, but it will not open at all. Is there something special you have to do? I select internet explorer as the viewer, but it just sits there.

You need to have "Adobe Acrobat reader" installed on your PC, it is a free d/l at http://www.adobe.com .
