Is there a way to edit a team logo?

Yes. The logos are located in your save folder. Restart your game for it to take affect.

Where am I able to actually edit the logo? Sorry I'm new to FHM and not finding the options easily. I can't see them under the edit team option.

If I understand correctly, you cannot edit them in the game itself. You'd have to take the graphic that you wanted to be the logo and put it in the game's folder itself, in the logos folder. You'd want to name it exactly the same as the file you want to replace.
