Fictional team logo request

I'm starting up a team called the Boston Dockworkers, and right now this:

is the logo I am using. It's rather a small version since it is being used as an avatar in the forums, but the .bmp is obviously larger and at the 150 by 150. I was hoping to have some more options but that is really my only one. I actually took the original and changed some of the colors in it to get that look, and it is merely decent.

At any rate, if someone could come up with an appropriately Irish/Boston flavored logo for the Dockworkers it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if a copy of whatever is come up with could be put onto a hat....well, you can have my first born child if I ever have one.

Cuss, I loved your logo, I hope you dont mind but I took it and put it on a hat. If you do mind let me know and I will take it down.

Hate to highjack this thread but you guys did an amazing job...I am in the same league as Kelric and feel out done...my logo is so bad I won't post. (New jersey out line with the word Baron going across). But if anyone creative can come up with one for my team the New Jersey Pine Barons it would be so appreciated. I was thinking something in the lines of of a Baron or Lumberjack swinging a pine tree like a baseball bat.
