Charity Market Size

It seems that whenever you are approached by a player to contribute to a charity, both options to accept it drops market size by one as well as an increase in fan loyalty. I suspect the market size drop is not intended and simply an error.

Perhaps it isn't a bug? Starting a charity might increase fan loyalty, but there also should be some sort of measurable impact to the team's budget. Otherwise, of course you're always going to start a charity if there are benefits but no consequences.
