ICBA - ML players on INT teams


Intercontinental Baseball Association is a modern league with real MLB players on a newly formed league formed from real international teams. We started with a fantasy draft with the OOTP21 rosters (in 2020) and currently in the 2022-23 off-season.
This is your chance to manage a team in a league with a great group of GMs.

We do utilize Slack for day to day communication, but forum for trade posts, archiving of important information, team write-ups and for the purpose of polling GM's on significant league decisions.

OOTP Version: OOTP 21
Players: MLB Modern
Export Deadline/SIM Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 9pm ET
League Time Per Sim: 7 Days (adjusted in post-season and offseason)
First Season: 2020

Notable Rules & Settings:
Injuries: normal
Contract Extensions: limited to 6 years length. Less FA contract restrictions.
Ratings: 20-80 scale (just like the scouts)
Ovr/Pot: Stars
DH: European League only
Scouts ON (normal accuracy)
Coaches ON
Park factors slightly boosted in Asia
Park factors slightly reduced in Europe
NO interleague regular season games
The ICBA will strive to keep our “house rules” as simple to follow as possible, keeping our focus on having fun.

How many rounds is the inaugural draft going to be? How will minor leagues be filled?

We inaugural draft will be 50-100 rounds, depending on what the league feels is doable.

I will auto the final 125-175 rounds to ensure minor leagues are filled.
