Can you play more than one game per day?

I would love to be able to manage both the Giants and the Royals. Is there a way to be able to play both teams' games on the same scheduled day?

You sure can. Within the options of the screen before you play the selected game you can select to not simulate the rest of the days games. I'm at work now so I'm unable to see the exact location. Just know that you can play out each and every game if you'd like.

so very true - OOTP has many strengths. the communities knowledge and general helpfulness is very much near the top of that list.
