Newb 4 new realistic league

Haven't bought or DL the game yet but am 99% sure I am going to. Would like to own the Rays, real rosters, etc. Not wanting people who will make insane trades or run a team into the ground and quit. Also, since I'm a newb, I wouldn't be capable of "running" the league, so hopefully someone with the experience necessary would also join. Thanks in advance
