OK, I have a strange question, and I'm sorry if it's a stupid question lol. I've been noticing this dude Carl Gadd in the game for years now as a coach or manager. Is he a real person or someone the developers made up?

He looks like a holdover from an old version. He definitely is not a real coach. His ratings have been knocked down.
