How do you report cheating in tournaments?

I was playing in a live cards only tournament and they had players named unknown who were historical when I hovered over them. I took screen shots. Do I just PM a developer or is there a process?

Not cheating. Their rosters are not set for the tournament so Joe Unknown randomly plays.
