Best hitter I've ever seen in this game
Check this guy out. I'm pretty sure he's the best hitter I've ever seen in this game. I also think it's the first time I've seen a .400 batting average playing in modern era.

That's the 7th highest .ops in league history (I started with MLB default in OOTP20). Only Babe Ruth and Barry Bonds are ahead of him. It's the 4th highest WAR in history. Only Babe Ruth is ahead of him. 6th highest slugging, again only behind Ruth and Bonds. 16th highest ever on base percentage.

Check out this extension he signed. I guess it's not too far from realistic. Most of it is his arb years. He'll have an opt out when he's 32, which isn't ideal but he will still get a huge contract. But man, if he had just ridden out his arb years and become a free agent in the middle of his prime he could have really gotten paid. On the other hand, this gives financial certainty to a player who didn't get a big signing bonus and has never made a lot of money.
