Turning historical injuries off

I don’t know who all is happy about the option to turn off historical injuries while keeping historical injuries on but I know I am. Whoever convinced Markus to put in the option has done a great service for a lot of historical players and deserves some thanks.

Last year it took me a couple of months to get from 1871 to 1899 but about 6 months to get from 1900-2018 due to not be able to turn off historical injuries. And that was just simming the games and not letting them play out.

Now its one less thing I have to do and makes the game better for some historical players such as myself.
So thanks to all that help convinced Markus it was needed and thanks to Markus for listening and putting it in.
