Dumb question
Anyone know how to transfer a file from one CPU to another? Basically my CPU burnt out and I bought a laptop. Just trying to use my save that was on my original PC.
I’m obviously not very tech savvy. Sorry if it’s a newb question but spent a few mins trying to do it and couldn’t figure it out. I know on FM you can just save it to the cloud and then just load it up from a different PC. Thanks for any help! |

If you have a flash drive, you could copy the league file on it and then transfer to your new computer. I think I have done this somewhere along the OOTP journey (been around since OOTP2/late nineties.) Hope it works!

This is what I do. You just need to find where OOTP hides your game files.

When you first open the game, click on Settings at the bottom left and then click on the Troubleshooting tab. On there, click on "Open folder containing saved games". All you need to do now is copy the league folder (which ends with ".lg") to your laptop into the saved games folder on your laptop (which you can find in the same fashion as above).
