Any realistic leagues that aren't Trade-Crazy???

Fantasy leagues are fun - but at this point I just miss the MLB.

I'm sick of joining leagues and within the first week of the season the Dodger rotation consists of Buehler, Flaherty, Strasburg, Cole, and Snell. And then Trout is on the Yankees & Arenado is on the Braves. Long-time fan favorite Giant Buster Posey is now going to finish his career in Detroit. The Diamondbacks are looking to make a push for a wildcard spot with the acquisition of Scherzer, Sale, and Rendon. Are the Dodgers going to re-sign Betts or will he hit free agency !?!? Neither - he is going to be instead playing for the Houston Astros.

Are there any leagues where team icons, fan favorites, and franchise cornerstones stay where they're at? You know, like the 2020 MLB season.

Does anyone else just miss the MLB? If anyone else is like me - let's PLEASE start a realistic league with strict trade regulations & figure out a way to balance this somehow. And I'm not talking about a committee, or 'voting'. That sucks - and it doesn't work. If anyone knows of a league like this, PLEASE slide in my DMs and let me know because I immediately lose interest in leagues when this crap starts.

We are a brand new league almost ready to begin.

League starts in 1961 where you can re-write history.

We also have a system set up to mimic RL a bit more with in-game trading ONLY being more crazy around deadline.

Chicago White Sox (currently the 5th highest budget)
Cleveland Indians (9th highest budget) (also HoF hopefully Mudcat Grant)

Thanks bro. Pretty sure we've discussed this but I guess I'm more interested in realistic modern-day MLB rosters!

MVP Baseball is built around realistic trading (as much as can be). Just started inaugural season but right now we are full. You could message MVPBaseballOnline and let him know you are interested and if/when a team opens up someone can let you know?

I tried bro and yeah I'd like to be waitlisted. However if the GM makes trades before me I will lose interest

I have not downloaded or even purchased yet, but I would also like something like this. Brand new to the game and only really interested in this exact type of league. Would need someone who knows what they're doing to run it obv.

There has been very minimal trades in MVPBaseball, nothing crazy. No stars have been traded

Check out statsplus.net/mlbexpansion. I have found it to be extremely realistic, few major trades of long time stars, more tinkering. Active league with consistent articles written by GMs about the league/games. The one thing that differs from real life is that there will be expansion of two teams in season #2. But other than that, the league closely mirrors the MLB in terms of rules and trade activity. I believe the Astros are opening up, PM me if interested and I can connect you to the Commish
