404 not found on patch
Been trying for about an hour and still getting the same error message when I hit the link that's reference from opening the game itself.

I was running into the same problem. The version I had was alerting me of an old version. Here's the link to the newest update:

A lot of the notices seem to be delayed for me. I just got one this morning about historical card packs, which were available through 4/20/2020.
