OOTP21 is so broken

we are having some issues with OOTP21 so far, across 2 different leagues.

I am in a couple online leagues, I go on just now and I downloaded the latest file.
My ootp21 closes during the download, pretty typical, happens once in a while and has happened on past versions of OOTP also.

So I reopen ootp21, Continue game is not an option, it is greyed out. I go to load game and it tells me no games are in my saved games folder, yet, my ndl.lg folder is there when I look in windows explorer.

I am compiling a list to post here of other stuff too from our league members.
Not stuff we don't like, but actual issues.

Anyone else have a list of things that they see are broken?

Another issue:
Importing an ootp20 game on a MAC is not a simple process at all.
In 2 leagues, here is what guys have had to do to get an ootp20 game imported:

So I went into OOTP20 game > settings > troubleshooting > open saved games folder.
From there I copied the XXX.lg folder.
I then went into OOTP 21 game > settings > troubleshooting > open saved games folder
From there I pasted the entire folder. This took about 10 minutes.
After the copy/paste was complete, changed the new "copied" folder's name to AXXX.lg (because OOTP21 will ask you to name the file but will not let you use the same name).

Went back into OOTP21 game > import from OOTP 20 > found the file under "saved games" > renamed it (back to XXX) . . . and it worked.

What a pain in the ass instead of just navigating to your OOTP20\saved game\xxx.lg folder and finding the world.dat file and importing it.

Old emails showing up for GMs across the league.
Some have 17 emails, some have 125 emails.

You delete them from within your game, they come back next sim.

The commish deletes them from his game, runs the sim, they come back when the GMs download the latest files.
we have to look on our server next, but so far, no luck.

A league member stating:
Settings such as Icon Bar, Player ratings Bars, and Player/Coaches Lists go back to default with every sim, and I have to go in and change it every day to my preferred setting.
He never had this issue on OOTP20.

Thanks, but I don't think I can move it there. I opened it in the wrong place and now it is stuck unless an admin will move it for me.

I figured out why it cannot see my league folder in my ootp21\saved games folder....
because it moved the default data folder....

If you go to file, settings, then export, then the custom data path (*), somehow this got changed to within my other leagues folder.
So it set that path to: Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\saved_games\NDL.lg\saved_games

And this should have be:
Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 21\

I adjusted it and things are good there.

Now there is an issue with feeder leagues if you have an existing league prior to ootp21. The talent created for the rookie drafts is absolutely terrible and the recommendation, not sure who recommended it, but the recommendation is to delete the feeder leagues from your game and use the default feeder leagues that are in ootp.
How can this be the answer? Feeder leagues are not new. Why are we having an issue with ootp21? How did they not account for this, or at least acknowledge it and work on a patch to fix it?

Another issue we found:
Anybody know why when you go to the arbitration page and you go under Pending Minor League Free Agents and sign them to minor league extensions, and they agree, their status still shows their contract expiring this year?
You then lose the guy to free agency unless you go a different route to offer him a contract extension.
