Scouting Discoveries from the United States

Playing a standard modern day MLB game and teams are getting Scouting Discoveries from the US. some of them already MLB ready.

In my latest game the Red Sox got a 26 y/o American second baseman who was already had an overall rating of 55/80 and is going to be a 3-win player in the half a season they've had him.

Experienced this exact same issue. Seeing Americans and Puerto Ricans show up in the International Free Agents section.
