injury setting question

Hello, I had OOTP18 and transferred my dynasty game over to OOTP19 a while back. After getting back into the game recently I noticed that injuries seem light. I checked the settings last night and I have it set to LOW but it is grayed out and I can't change it. Any suggestions on this? Is it possibly not changeable due to it being an import game from 18?

Thanks.

You should be able to change it.
