Fixing a screw-up: Can I add a Minor League

Hello all,

I have previously posted about eliminating all of the rookie leagues due to my desire to (1) control all minor league promotions/demotions and (2) not wanting an extra 2 or 3 teams to worry about.

I'm now toward the end of the 2025 season, and I think that it may have been a mistake to eliminate all of them, for a few reasons:

1) My Low A team is constantly overwhelmed by players - 32 round draft, promotions from the International Complex and existing players means that I keep a roster size of about 50, but I find that each year I'm still cutting like 15 draft picks from that season, which seems...dumb.

2) Because the team is filled with 18 and 19 year olds, many 1/2 or 1 star, they get crushed every season. I'm talking records like 19-57, 17-59, etc. I'm not sure if the records mean anything, but if all of the players are overmatched that bad I don't think it can be good for their development.

In thinking back to previous years, I'm pretty convinced that I kept one Rooke league, which is why I didn't run into this.

So, my question is - is there a way to add another minor league in the offseason? Or am I basically stuck with what I have? I dug through the game settings and league settings but I didn't see anything or anywhere to add a minor league.

If you're in challenge mode you are out of luck. If not you can add minor leagues in the off season.

Yeah removing rookie leagues is crazy lol
