Attribute to counter power hitters

I'm thinking ground ball pitchers, but which of the attributes works to limit the homeruns of power hitters? I want to build a team based on pitching and defense so I need to keep the ball in the park!

Typically the movement skill correlates to improved home runs allowed rates.
