Offensive Players Stars Constantly Changing
Why is it that offensive players go from "3.0 to 2.5 stars" on a weekly basis?
I don't notice this with pitchers. But like for my 2023 Royals, I have Tyler O'Neill and Adalberto Mondesi. One week they're 3.0 stars - the next week, they're 2.5 stars. These guys are both in their late 20's now so not exactly young players. I've noticed it with MANY other offensive players. Their stars constantly jump by a half star multiple times throughout a season. Is there a reason for this? It makes it very difficult to know who to build around, who to re-sign, etc. when your players constantly change ability level multiple times during a season - and this is year after year. |

Scouting. As your scout files reports, the scouted ratings will change. Unless you have 100% accuracy turned on, you will likely see frequent changes in ratings.

Stars are just a quick eye catcher. Its all about them stats. Dive in. Stars are just to catch your eye when looking through lists of players
