Playing a regular dynasty with the Marlins and Venditte is in my minor league system. Is there anyway for me to switch him from throwing from the right side to the left side and vice versa when I put him in the game? Tried clicking around a bit once I put him in and it seemed like him throwing right handed was the only option.

AFAIK, the only way to switch his handedness is to switch it in the player editor. Unfortunately, switch pitching is not a thing in OOTP.
